Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD interns in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to overcome decoherence challenges
- Develop patentable IP for quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026 graduates encouraged)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum information theory or condensed matter physics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or ion traps
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Portfolio demonstrating GitHub contributions to open-source quantum projects
