Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Conduct experimental research on quantum hardware systems to identify performance bottlenecks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and quantum error correction principles
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum hardware systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
