Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams on qubit stability
- Develop error-correction methodologies for fault-tolerant systems
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2025 graduates preferred)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation tools
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Track record of securing research funding
- Patent-pending quantum algorithm development experience
- Ability to work in ISO Class 5 cleanroom environments
