- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes at cryogenic temperatures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research and contribute to open-source quantum computing libraries
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming principles (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Secure research partnerships with leading academic institutions and government labs
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum gate operations and circuit optimization methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
