Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware prototypes and error-correction frameworks

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies with commercialization potential
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing curriculum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Publish record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent high-impact publications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, superconducting qubits, and topological computing
