Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

- Secure federal and private research grants for emerging quantum applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity
- Experience with superconducting qubit or ion-trap systems preferred
