Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and lead cross-functional innovation sprints
- Secure grants from NSF and DARPA for quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming with Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in Python and low-level quantum simulation tools
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum processors
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts to practical implementations
