Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems with 10,000+ qubit capacity using superconducting and photonic technologies
- Design fault-tolerant quantum networks integrating classical-quantum hybrid architectures
- Lead R&D for quantum error correction protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for autonomous system optimization
- Coordinate with international research institutions on quantum security standards
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in cutting-edge cryogenic and photonic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proven experience scaling quantum systems beyond 1,000 qubits
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface codes, color codes)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and photonic quantum systems
