As part of our elite Future Systems Division, you'll lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-safe encryption protocols, hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures, and decentralized trust networks. Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical computing infrastructure
- Architect decentralized identity verification networks using zero-knowledge proofs
- Coordinate with quantum hardware partners to optimize software-hardware interfaces
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum algorithm development
- Present findings at international quantum security conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction protocols
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Experience leading distributed systems engineering teams
