Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid models for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop novel quantum neural network architectures leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Optimize quantum algorithms for fault-tolerant execution on next-generation quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in translating theoretical quantum advantage into production-ready solutions
- Author patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Architect cloud-native quantum machine learning pipelines using AWS Braket and Azure Quantum
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum algorithm development and error mitigation techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Grover's) and error correction methodologies
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware constraints and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed quantum computing architectures
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (AWS Quantum, IBM Quantum) preferred
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
