Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms using Q#, Qiskit, and Cirq frameworks
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid systems with AWS Braket and Azure Quantum
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for hardware-specific constraints
- Create quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM)
- Strong background in distributed systems and parallel computing
