Responsibilities
- Architect neuroadaptive UX frameworks using biometric feedback loops and predictive AI
- Lead cross-disciplinary sprints with quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering teams
- Develop ethical guidelines for AI-human interaction in spatial computing environments
- Prototype haptic and neural interface experiences using next-gen development tools
- Conduct longitudinal user studies in mixed reality environments
- Translate complex neurodata into actionable design heuristics
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and innovation partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in UX design with 3+ years in emerging tech interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating work with AR/VR, haptics, or neuroadaptive systems
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum algorithm visualization
- Certification in neurodesign or cognitive ergonomics
- Published research in human-computer interaction or neurotechnology
- Fluency in spatial computing SDKs (Unity/Unreal) and neurodata visualization
- Experience leading ethical AI frameworks for human-centric tech
