Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with diplomacy and professionalism.

- Prepare and review financial reports, including labor costs and daily sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Food Safety Manager Certification or ServSafe Certified.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
