Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends relevant to 2026.
- Develop strategic foresight reports and scenarios for leadership and product teams.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines.
- Present findings to executives and stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders to inform future outlooks.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on futurism and strategic foresight.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in foresight, strategic planning, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential societal impact.
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies.
