Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic R&D roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies in AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of processing exascale data volumes.
- Mentor and guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into deployable products.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to evaluate feasibility and risk for cutting-edge projects.
- Present architectural proposals and technical roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (10+ years of relevant experience).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and quantum computing principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
