Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the migration to microservices and serverless architectures to maximize scalability and resilience.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and high-availability deployments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
