Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical execution for our 2026 product release cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software architectures that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks in the roadmap and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
- Innovation Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in AI, quantum computing, and next-gen cloud infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
