- Oversee the integration of AI-driven tools and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits and risk assessments to safeguard proprietary data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and legacy modernization.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data security, privacy compliance, and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/SAFe).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant advanced certifications (PMP, Solutions Architect, or similar) are highly preferred.
