Responsibilities
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Define and drive the strategic execution plan for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning departmental goals with the company's long-term vision.
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze market trends and internal data to provide actionable insights for future growth and risk mitigation.
- Operational Optimization: Streamline workflows and processes to enhance productivity and reduce overhead costs in preparation for scaled operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic initiatives to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the strategic deployment of human and capital resources to maximize ROI on high-priority initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic operations, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within a tech-forward company.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans (5+ year outlook).
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics tools, ERP systems, and strategic planning software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
