Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and maintain a comprehensive architectural strategy for 2026, aligning technical initiatives with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Quantum computing, and advanced cloud architectures into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and act as the primary liaison between technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive consensus on complex technical decisions.
- System Design & Optimization: Design robust, scalable enterprise systems that enhance performance, security, and user experience across all platforms.
- Future-Proofing: Identify potential technological disruptions and proactively develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging market trends.
- Process Improvement: Establish and enforce best practices for software development, deployment, and infrastructure management to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate abstract business goals into concrete technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
