Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural planning for the 2026 release cycle, defining system boundaries, data flows, and integration points for next-gen AI and cloud technologies.
- System Scalability: Architect highly available and fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential growth and complex transaction loads.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Guide the adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring the team utilizes the best tools for performance optimization and security.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural patterns through comprehensive code reviews and technical architecture documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and implement caching strategies, load balancing, and microservices optimizations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Java, Go, or Rust, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Frameworks: Proven experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex scalability and concurrency issues in high-traffic environments.
