Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of the 2026 core architecture, focusing on microservices and distributed systems.
- Lead architectural strategy discussions and provide technical mentorship to engineering teams.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across all cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and reduce technical debt through code reviews and refactoring.
- Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture or Software Engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transformations.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure integration is highly preferred.
