Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the technical vision for our 2026 strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, IoT) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance architecture that anticipates future growth and traffic spikes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Process Optimization: Implement DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Futuristic Mindset: Proven ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
