Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering pipelines and asset management strategies to ensure buttery smooth 60fps animations across all devices.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex wireframes into interactive, fluid 2D visual systems.
- Develop reusable component libraries and design tokens to maintain a consistent visual language.
- Debug and resolve complex cross-browser compatibility issues and rendering artifacts.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for performance and animation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a specific focus on 2D graphics, animation, and interactive media.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), the DOM, and the Canvas API.
- Proficiency in WebGL, GLSL, and linear algebra concepts.
- Experience with modern CSS (Sass/Less) and state management libraries (Redux, MobX).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex 2D interactive projects and performance optimization techniques.
