Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and self-correction.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for edge deployment and real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define the roadmap for 2026 AI features.
- Ensure robust security, safety, and alignment in autonomous agent interactions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building systems that scale.
