Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems, including neural networks and quantum algorithms, ensuring high performance and fault tolerance.
- Model Development: Develop, train, and fine-tune complex machine learning models using cutting-edge frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for data science and MLOps.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for massive-scale AI inference and training.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring novel techniques in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and quantum optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Deep experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Frameworks: Strong command of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Quantum Interest: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience deploying AI models in cloud environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams.
