Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for our upcoming 2026 product suite.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
