Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from training and fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Contribute to high-impact academic publications and industry whitepapers that define the standard for future AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models that improve business metrics significantly.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
