Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems targeting the 2026 and 2030 strategic horizons.
- Design and optimize large-scale machine learning infrastructure, including LLMs and generative agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX) to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Drive innovation in quantum-resistant algorithms and edge AI deployment.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and governance.
- Lead technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and high-availability environments.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
