In this role, you won't just write code; you will shape the ethical and technical frameworks for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) deployment. We are looking for a leader who combines deep technical prowess with a strategic mindset to deliver scalable, safe, and transformative AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design the core technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Project, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at a global scale.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor and guide a diverse team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers in pushing the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Prototype & Iterate: Build and validate high-fidelity prototypes of next-generation neural networks and autonomous systems.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment aligned with industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their implications.
