Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Architecture: Lead the architectural design of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically optimized for edge computing environments.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, specifically focusing on Reinforcement Learning and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing legacy infrastructures, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum performance.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor system latency and throughput, implementing optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond response times.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems at scale using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
