Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Foundations: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models and neural network architectures for the 2026 platform.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge advancements in Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Autonomous Systems.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and real-time inference in high-velocity environments.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Lead the technical strategy for AI integration, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor Engineering Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring junior engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate speculative concepts into tangible, deployable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying successful models in production.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex system-level issues and optimize for performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for leading technical discussions and stakeholder management.
