Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning models and neural network architectures that power our core product ecosystem.
- Predictive Analytics: Develop advanced algorithms that forecast market trends and user behavior with unprecedented accuracy.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives exploring the intersection of AI, Big Data, and quantum computing paradigms.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency to handle billions of data points in real-time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Modeling: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Remote Work: Must be comfortable working in a fully distributed team environment.
