Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the development and deployment of state-of-the-art deep learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the engineering team.
- Research & Pioneering: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and contribute to internal research on novel AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on machine learning and AI systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems and drive projects from conception to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
