Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of the 2026 core AI models, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Define and implement best practices for data pipelines, training infrastructure, and model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning research and integrate relevant innovations into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
