Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the '2026 Protocol' neural infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Optimize large-scale transformer models for real-time inference and reduced latency in distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and hardware engineers to integrate software with next-gen AI accelerators.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Define best practices for data pipelines, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with model quantization, pruning, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
