Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning systems specifically optimized for 2026 workloads and data volumes.
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Drive the implementation of MLOps best practices to ensure high availability and reproducibility of AI models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into client-facing solutions.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge in the 2026 landscape.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers in technical best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI products from concept to production.
