Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for latency, cost, and hallucination reduction.
- Lead the integration of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with enterprise data sources.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, security, and ethical guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into technical reality.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
