Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure tailored for the year 2026, focusing on high-speed inference and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives exploring the convergence of AI, biotechnology, and quantum mechanics.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models and reinforcement learning agents for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unsolved problems in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
