Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure optimized for 2026-era hardware and latency requirements.
- Lead the Research and Development (R&D) of proprietary Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world enterprise applications.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI model training and deployment cycles.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization to improve model accuracy and reduce inference costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models in production environments.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Experience managing GPU clusters and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
