Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical milestones and research directions to prepare our infrastructure for the next leap in AI capabilities.
- Optimize Model Performance: Implement cutting-edge fine-tuning, quantization, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies to maximize inference speed and accuracy.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists in adopting best practices for ethical AI and responsible deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products securely.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating business objectives into technical roadmaps for long-term projects (e.g., 2026 visions).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithmic efficiency.
