In this role, you won't just maintain legacy systems; you will architect the future. You will lead the design of scalable AI models, integrate emerging technologies like Generative AI and Edge Computing, and ensure our solutions are resilient, ethical, and ready for mass adoption.
As a key player in our team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, working alongside world-class engineers and data scientists to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration leading up to 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex data insights into user-centric AI features.
- Ensure data security, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and ethical AI practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data science stacks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
