Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure designed for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model deployment.
- Predict and prepare for emerging AI paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems that handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
