What You Will Do:
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 AI evolution, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Design and optimize deep learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
- Ensure AI model safety, interpretability, and compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize deep learning pipelines for high-scale data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 AI evolution, including model fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Ensure AI model safety, ethics, and compliance with international regulations.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and model evaluation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience deploying large-scale models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
