Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI infrastructure plans targeting the 2026 operational timeline.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical transitions.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, ethics, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
