Responsibilities
- Architect and Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems, neural networks, and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Research & Innovation: Drive research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration, and advanced NLP.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications at scale.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical strategies and product vision.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, ethical AI usage, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Language Model Mastery: Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and deploying RAG architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
