Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for next-gen applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments and massive data throughput.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core business operations.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that improve business metrics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
