Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement robust AI architectures capable of scaling to trillions of parameters, specifically tailored for the computational demands of 2026.
- Neural Architecture Search (NAS): Lead research initiatives to automate the discovery of optimal neural network structures for real-time decision making.
- Quantum-ML Integration: Collaborate with quantum physicists to integrate quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Edge AI Optimization: Develop optimized models that run efficiently on next-generation edge hardware, ensuring privacy and low latency.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Establish internal frameworks to ensure AI safety, alignment, and ethical deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML. A PhD is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in deep learning, specifically with Transformer models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Futurist Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and design systems with a 3-5 year horizon (specifically 2026).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for stakeholders.
