Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Stack: Lead the architectural design for autonomous agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics platforms.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, identifying key trends in Generative AI and Edge Computing for the 2026 horizon.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, high-performance microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and bridge the gap between engineering and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and proactively adapt architectural strategies (e.g., AGI readiness, Quantum computing integration).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to diverse audiences.
