Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into Neuromorphic computing and Generative AI 3.0 to push the boundaries of machine intelligence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Deep Learning models for edge computing environments.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers in best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformer models) into existing product ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or hands-on technical leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-stakes environments.
